Biography

Michael A. Stackpole was born on November 27, 1957 in Wausau, Wisconsin, USA. He is a writer and actor, known for Star Trek: Judgment Rites (1993), Shadowrun Returns (2013) and Wasteland (1989).

Has written novels set in the Battletech universe, and several Rogue Squadron books.

As Executive Director of the Phoenix Skeptics, Stackpole examines claims of the paranormal and works on finding prosaic explanations for them.

Has lived in Arizona since 1977.
