Neil Stacy was born on May 15, 1941 in Stowupland, Suffolk, England, UK. He is an actor, known for The Quatermass Conclusion (1979), Quatermass (1979) and Get Well Soon (1997).

He was offered the part of "Group Captain Gilmore" (played by Simon Williams) in Doctor Who (1963): Remembrance Of The Daleks.
