Carolien Spoor was born on December 23, 1987 in The Hague, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands. She is an actress and director, known for Bella Donna's (2017), Antonia's Line (1995) and Goede tijden, slechte tijden (1990). She has been married to Jon Karthaus since September 3, 2016. They have two children.

Carolien was the youngest Dutch actress to win an Academy Award for Best Foreign Film "Antonia".

Mother with husband Jon Karthaus of two sons Otis (b. June 2017) and Elias Willem Frederik (b. January 16, 2020).
