Letícia Spiller was born on June 19, 1973 in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is an actress and producer, known for Four Lives, Four Loves (1994), The King of the Cattle (1996) and Unexplainable (2024). She was previously married to Marcello Novaes.

She and Marcello Novaes are parents of Pedro Novaes, born 1997.
She was cast in her breakthrough role of Babalu in Four Lives, Four Loves (1994) after Adriana Esteves dropped out from the part. The character was made iconic and she became a symbol of the Rede Globo telenovelas from the 90s.
She wrote, produced, directed and acted in the stage production "O Falcão e o Imperador". She passed on the main role of Jade which went to Giovanna Antonelli in The Clone (2001) for scheduling conflicts with this play.
She debuted as a stage assistant to Xuxa's TV show Xou da Xuxa (1988) in the group known as Paquitas, where she was nicknamed "Pituxa Pastel" by Xuxa herself. Originally stage assistants, they were later made a girl band and released two top-selling albums. In her group were also Juliana Baroni and Bianca Rinaldi, her friends who also became professional actresses.
She has 6 siblings including Eduardo, Luiz Carlos and Paulo.

[on the character of Rochanna, a drag queen, in O Casamento de Gorete (2014)] Our director [Paulo Vespúcio] brought several inspirational stuff in addition to the ones I already had such as Rogéria, which I consider a diva. (...) But I find Rochanna a bit more trashy, not like a diva.
[on Marcelo Novaes] My partnership with Marcelo is eternal.
I got really touched by the children's purity. I cried the whole episode, taking care of those kids and then a boy with Down syndrome spotted me and I spotted him and he said, "I love you". Then I cried so hard.
[on her time as a "paquita" in Xou da Xuxa (1988)] I don't miss that, but I still feel really happy about that. I crack up laughing whith my memories alongside those girls and Xuxa herself. We have lots of fun talking, because this memories are so delightful. Those were good times, but they're gone.
[on O Casamento de Gorete (2014)] The film's main purpose is to entertain people because it's a comedy, but it also deals with prejudice in a general way. So through comedy we expect to touch this people.
