Valeri Solovtsov was born on 28 January 1904 in Danilovka, Pskov Governorate, Russian Empire [now Russia]. He was an actor and director, known for Leningrad v borbe (1942), Na rodine kapitanov (1938) and Msti, boyets! (1942). He died on 29 November 1977 in Leningrad, RSFSR, USSR [now St. Petersburg, Russia].
