Steve Sobel(I)

Steve Sobel is an actor, writer, and producer from Miami Beach, FL. He attended Miami's New World High School for the Arts before studying theater and film at USC. Steve has a background in stand-up and improv comedy and has appeared in dozens of national commercials. Steve is also a screenwriter and has written scripts or done punch-ups for multiple major film studios. He also writes for children's animation, including the Emmy-winning Vampirina (2017). In addition, Steve works as a writer/producer in unscripted television on shows such as The Titan Games (2019) (writing for Dwayne Johnson) and BattleBots (2015). Steve is the creator of the original comedy web series Sad Dad Brad (2021), about a struggling divorced dad. He is married to actress Marita de Lara and they have two children, Lulu Sobel and Axel Sobel.
