- Snijders received the Colombina in 1981 for her role in Bertolt Brecht's The Threepenny Opera. The Colombina is an award that is awarded annually in the form of a bronze statue by a jury of the Dutch Association of Theater and Concert Hall Directors to the most impressive female supporting actress of the Dutch theater season.
- She married actor Guido de Moor in 1961; he died in 1989. Their daughter Martine de Moor and grandson Kay Greidanus also chose acting.
- Trins Snijders as a Dutch actress. She graduated from the Secondary Girls' School, and then followed the acting course at the then Amsterdam Theater School. She graduated there in 1959. After that she started her career as an actress at the Rotterdam Theater.
