On the possibility of a return to acting: I really can't envisage me working in the TV industry anymore. I think I said once that, in the TV industry you can be Houdini, and the next minute you're just plain 'who'. And I'm quite happy being 'who'.

On how he got involved in acting: I was at high school, my first year of high school, and they were auditioning for a film around the states of New South Wales looking for kids to audition, and I auditioned so I could get out of English and Maths for the day. That's how it started.
