Luscious blonde looker Donna Smith was born on March 15, 1960 in Portland, Oregon. She's the younger sister of "Penthouse" Pet Natalie Smith. Smith left home at age fourteen and eventually settled in Japan with a fake ID. While in Japan she learned to speak fluent Japanese and worked as both a model and a cocktail waitress. Donna was the Playmate of the Month in the March, 1985 issue of "Playboy." Smith and her sister Natalie posed together for a pictorial in and graced the cover of the April, 1985 issue of "Playboy." Donna went on to appear in four "Playboy" videos and was featured in several "Playboy" special edition publications. Moreover, Donna Smith portrayed the dancing woman in the offbeat indie drama "Julien Donkey-Boy."
