Biography

Christopher Smith was born on March 4, 1953 in Rahway, New Jersey, USA. He has been married to Marie Hahn since July 2, 1977. They have four children.

U.S. Representative (R) from New Jersey (1981 - present), representing the east central part of the state including most of its central shore; prior to 2023, his district consisted of a wide band across the middle of the state.

Chairman, House Veterans' Affairs Committee (2001-2005).
