- Anjela came 2nd in a Nationwide competition to design a dress for The Royal bride, aged 12 years and appeared in The Star Newspaper (United Kingdom).
- Was part of UCL's (University College London) 'Living History' exhibition October 2013. Winner in a festival of peace, ltaly after endstigma toured ltalian universities 2014.
- Has one son, Fabian Secon, who is an Actor, R'n'b/Trap/Soul. Singer/producer/songwriter. Fabian has been part of 'Ones to watch' by Complex Magazine and many other music/fashion publications. BBC and other radio stations, play listed his songs.
- Appeared in 'Lucas With The Lid Off' video-Lucas, Grammy nominated, directed by Michel Gondry. Anjela toured as a backing dancer for a jazz-funk band & also danced/BV in 30+ music videos for artistes such as David Guetta, Paul Weller, Soul II Soul, The Pet Shop Boys and Barry White. (1990's).
Anjela also appeared in Fashion Bible 'The Face' and in Runway shows such as Michiko Koshino, Pam Hogg & Helen Storey. - Anjela's parents are from Barbados.
- Was part of the Chamber Choir at school. Studied Performing Arts as a 1 year intensive A-Level.
- Wrote the lyrics and recorded a song called 'Ghetto Rain'/ 'Let Me Show You The Way'- a dance music track with Dj Roachman & 'Something's got a hold' music is a hobby.
- Babymother was remastered and Re-released, on Blu-ray by The BFI, on Monday 26th July 2021. The extras include an interview with Corrina Antrobus & Anjela, remotely due to Covid rules. Also including new interviews with Julian Henriques & Parminder Vir.
