Jack Slate was born on February 3, 1909 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. He was an actor, known for F.I.S.T. (1978), College Swing (1938) and Movie Movie (1978). He died on May 16, 1989 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Co-owner of the nightclub "Slate Brothers" on Cahuenga Blvd., Los Angeles, California along with his brothers Henry and Sid.
