Barbara Slade is an American TV writer and creator who now lives in London yet travels extensively, writing and developing shows for the international market. Barbara is an award winning writer and creator of Children's TV (Rugrats, Dead Gorgeous) however, now works in TV Drama, developing shows and heading up writing teams for production companies and channels. Some of her credits include the award winning prime time comedy series 'Side by Side', (NRK Comedy Channel) now in it's 10th season, 'Best For' (SeeFood TV/TV2) now on season three, and a edgy comedy drama series 'Grind' (Fox Cub Films) currently in development. Barbara is working on two original comedy-dramas: 'Heaven is a Perfect Tomato' (TF1 Studios) and 'A Drop of DNA', which are being pitched.
