Biography

Mogens Skot-Hansen was born on February 19, 1908 in Denmark. He was a producer and writer, known for Alexandersen den Store (1943), For folkets fremtid (1943) and Vi kunde ha' det saa rart (1942). He died on March 25, 1984 in Denmark.

Upon a visit to Denmark, Francis Ford Coppola was gifted a zoetrope by Mogens Skot-Hansen. This was the instance which inspired Coppola to name his production company American Zoetrope.
