Helen Sjöholm was born on 10 July 1970 in Sundsvall, Västernorrlands län, Sweden. She is an actress, known for As It Is in Heaven (2004), Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (2018) and Simon och ekarna (2011). She has been married to David Granditsky since 26 August 2006. They have three children.

Twins, a boy and a girl, were born on December 30, 2011. The boy is named Samuel Erik Mikael and the girl is named Johanna Blenda Marie.

She and her husband had a son, Ruben Granditsky, on July 25th 2007.
