Karnail Singh Virdi is an Indian film Foley Artist and Sound supervisor. He won MPSE Golden Reel Awards for Best Foley Artist with Oscar winner Resul Pookutty for BBC short Film (India's daughter 2016) nominated in 2015 for (Roar) He started his career in (1979) with Natraj Studio's An Era of Analog recording technology which was under Partnership with great legends like Shakti Samanta, Ramanand Sagar, F.C Mehra, Pramod Chakraborty and Atmaram. With gratitude he continued working with Shakti Samanta and Ashim Samanta (Aradhana Sound Service) as a Creative Dubbing Head and Sound Engineer of Hollywood and Hindi Feature films. He did delivered more than 100 films few namely Jurassic Park (1993), Schindler's list (1993), Ram-jaane (1995), Dil wale dulhania le jayenge (1995)Dil To Pagal Hai (1997) and many more. His Direction and brilliant adaptation in modern technologies lead him towards great relationship with film Directors, who encouraged him to become a complete Effect Artist (Foley Artist) associated with A.M Padmanabhan. He Later persuaded to become a full time Foley Artist for feature films, documentaries, ad film's and tv programs. His first ever film was "Parinda" (1989). He is best known for Enthiran (Robot 2010), Bajirao Mastani (2015), Tumbbad (2018), Uri- the surgical strike (2019), Padmavat (2019). He can create any type of Live sound effects which gives realistic feel in the scenes. Karnail singh has always demonstrated best outcomes & he is committed to continue delivering best quality services in film industry by leveraging his Excellent experience, creative skills and highly skilled performing associated team of R. Gupta, Sajjan Chowdhry, Varun Visoi and Danish Chowdhry.
