Richard Simpson was born on July 24, 1980 in New Zealand. He is a musician and veteran voice actor. Known for his band City of Souls, and for Power Rangers Ninja Steel (2017), Power Rangers Jungle Fury (2008), Power Rangers Dino Charge (2015), Buzzy Bee and Friends (2009) as Oscar Ostrich, and Barefoot Bandits (2017).
