Biography

Miloslav Simek was born on March 7, 1940 in Prague, Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia [now Czech Republic]. He was a writer and actor, known for Návstevní den (1969), Generál (1960) and Jen ho nechte, at se bojí (1978). He died on February 16, 2004 in Prague, Czech Republic.

He was briefly considered for the part of Doctor Jindrich Mrácek in How to Drown Dr. Mracek, the Lawyer (1975), eventually played by Jaromír Hanzlík.
