Biography

Marc Silvestri was born on March 29, 1959 in Palm Beach, Florida, USA. He is a writer and producer, known for The A-Team (2010), Wanted (2008) and The Covenant (2006). He has been married to Bridget Silvestri since July 15, 2001.

Owner of Top Cow Productions.

In 1992, he co-founded Image Comics along with Todd McFarlane, Erik Larsen, Jim Valentino, Jim Lee, Rob Liefeld, and Whilce Portacio.

An animated series based on his Cyberforce comic book series was planned to air on Fox Kids between 1995 and 1996 along with fellow Image co-founder Rob Liefeld's Youngblood but neither show got picked up due to Marvel Entertainment signing an exclusive deal with the network.

Created famed X-Men villain Mr. Sinister with veteran X-Men writer Chris Claremont.
