Marvin Silbersher was born on June 28, 1924 in Millburn, New Jersey, USA. He was a director and actor, known for The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974), Bastard of Orleans, or Looking for Joan (2008) and Cousins (2013). He died on December 7, 2015 in Wharton, New Jersey, USA.

TV series "Look Up and Live" announced that effective May 22, 1955 Marvin Silbersher would replace producer-director William Workman as the show's director and Ted Sack would be the producer.
