Biography

Vic Silayan was born on January 31, 1929 in Manila, Philippines. He was an actor, known for In the Wink of an Eye (1981), Diligin mo ng hamog ang uhaw na lupa (1975) and Of the Flesh (1983). He died on August 30, 1987 in Metro Manila, Philippines.
