Aaron Shuster is a writer, producer, director, and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience in the motion picture and television industry. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fountainhead Pictures, where he oversees creative development, project packaging, financing strategy, production, and long-term corporate growth.
Aaron began his career as a filmmaker with the feature film Pictures at the Beach and television work including Psi Factor. He also created the original underlying project that became The Bank Job, 2008, starring Jason Statham. The film became an international commercial success, grossing approximately $70 million worldwide on a production budget of approximately $25 million. It continues to enjoy a long commercial life through television, streaming, and home entertainment.
Aaron was also instrumental in the production and development of Winter’s Tale, starring Colin Farrell, Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, and Will Smith.

Since 2008, Aaron has focused on building Fountainhead Pictures into a modern independent entertainment company while developing a substantial portfolio of commercially oriented intellectual property.
During this period, he has written, developed, packaged, and produced an extensive slate of feature film and television projects, including Family Trust, Getting Even, Murmansk Run, The Samsonite Warhead, The Secret Adversary, Colter’s Run, Deep Limbo, Into a Far Country, and The Emperors of Dreams.
His responsibilities have included screenplay development, acquisition and negotiation of underlying rights, producer packaging, financing strategy, budgeting, investor presentations, business development, and assembling creative teams for production.

As Founder and CEO of Fountainhead Pictures, Aaron is responsible for the overall creative and strategic direction of the company. He oversees the development of the company’s intellectual property portfolio, production planning, financing strategy, investor relations, and long-term business growth.
Rather than focusing on individual productions alone, Aaron has spent the past several years building the infrastructure for a next-generation entertainment company capable of creating, financing, producing, and exploiting premium content across multiple platforms.

Aaron is currently leading the formation of Fountainhead Media Ventures, a long-term initiative designed to create an integrated entertainment company for the twenty-first century. The strategy combines premium film and television production with strategic acquisitions, immersive entertainment technologies, media services, and related entertainment businesses.

Aaron’s current flagship production is Family Trust, an elevated psychological thriller that he wrote and intends to direct.
