- Schulman does the voice of Patti Mayonnaise on the popular Nickelodeon (and now ABC) cartoon, Doug (1991).
- Was in the original play Steel Magnolias at the WPA Theatre, portraying Annelle, the part that went to Daryl Hannah in the screen version.
- In 1994, Constance Shulman co-starred in the TV Series Heavens to Betsy (1995) with Dolly Parton. The series (with Dolly as an angel) never aired, and was later re-vamped as a movie of the week (Unlikely Angel (1996)) without Schulman.
