- Jack Shearer was born on March 21, 1944 in the USA. He is an actor, known for Star Trek: First Contact (1996), The Usual Suspects (1995) and Heartbreakers (2001).
- Along with James Cromwell, Jeremy Roberts, Boris Lee Krutonog and Alice Krige, he is one of only five actors to initially play a character in a "Star Trek" film before reprising their role in a "Star Trek" television series. He played Admiral Hayes in Star Trek: First Contact (1996) and later reprised his role in Star Trek: Voyager episodes Hope and Fear (1998) and Life Line (2000).
- Played Supreme Court Justice Scalia on three separate shows.
