Micha Shagrir was born on 1 November 1937 in Linz, Austria. He was a producer and writer, known for Just Like the Queen of England (2010), Scouting Patrol (1967) and Kinneret's Secrets (1998). He was married to Aliza. He died on 4 February 2015 in Tel Aviv, Israel.
