- Andrzej Seweryn is a distinguished Polish actor and director. He completed his education at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw. Seweryn began his career in the theater, performing with the prestigious Teatr Polski and later joining the Comédie-Française in Paris. His film career includes notable roles in Man of Iron (1981), Schindler's List (1993), and The Last Family (2016). - He was primarly chosen for his role as Julian Scherner, in "Schindler's List", because he looked virtually identical to the actual Scherner based on comparisons to World War II photographs of the S.S. Brigadier General.
