- In 1950, he wrote the English lyrics of the French song "C'est si bon" which was written in 1947 by André Hornez (lyrics) and Henri Betti (music). The song was recorded by Johnny Desmond with Tony Mottola and his Orchestra. The singers had not performed the English verse except for Grethe Kausland in her 1978 recording.
