Jack Seddon was born on July 24, 1924 in Lancashire, England, UK. He was a writer, known for The Longest Day (1962), The Secret Partner (1961) and The Blue Max (1966). He died in October 2001 in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, England, UK.

Rex Harrison commissioned him and David Pursall to do a screenplay of 'Pride of LIons' which he'd bought the rights of and intended to produce. (1970).
