Carolyn Seaward

Carolyn Seaward is an English actress and beauty pageant titleholder. She appeared in the 1983 James Bond film Octopussy, where she was seen rowing a traditional Gangaur boat alongside other women, performing as part of Octopussy's traveling circus troupe, and serving as a member of the female guard who lived on Octopussy's island palace. In 1979, she won both Miss England and Miss United Kingdom. Competing as Miss England, she placed second runner-up at Miss Universe 1979 and also won the Miss Photogenic award. Later that year, representing the UK, she was first runner-up at Miss World 1979. Seaward is one of only three British beauty queens-alongside Rosemarie Frankland and Helen Morgan-to have finished in the top three at both the Miss Universe and Miss World pageants.
