Biography

Valerie De Cadenet was an actress who worked in Hollywood in the 50s and 60's. She also went by the name Karen Scott. She had married a Count and became the Countness De Cadenet. Her son Alain De Cadenet is a very well-known race car driver and her granddaughter is celebrity photographer Amanda De Cadenet. Valerie De Cadenet lived many years 1960's-early 80's in Laurel Canyon, California as a wonderful fashion designer. She created hip and fun clothes as a business and made outfits and jewelry as gifts for friends. One of her friends was Elton John who she was very fond of. She spent her final years in France.
