- Peter Schoenaerts is an actor based in Brussels and London, working in EU and UK productions across film, television, theatre, audio and voice-over. He is frequently cast as an educated professional (doctor, lawyer, teacher, journalist, priest) in narrative-driven drama, historical productions and character-led comedy. His recent credits include Mr K (Mr Lean, dir. Tallulah H. Schwab), The Story of Flanders (Jan Frans Vonck, dir. Filip Lenaerts), Professor T (Solicitor, dir. Dries Vos) and The Community Police: The Circus (Tom Decoster, dir. Dennis Vanslembrouck). Peter trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York and also developed his craft through workshops at the Central School of Speech and Drama, East 15 and The Method Studio (London). He works confidently in multilingual and international co-productions (English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish) and is experienced with material connected to social and academic issues, education and community-based stories.
