- Elmar Schloter was born on March 6, 1936 in Schneeberg, Unterfranken, Germany. He was an actor and composer, known for Mindwalk (1990), The Nasty Girl (1990) and Georg Friedrich Händels Auferstehung (1980). He died on May 23, 2011 in Germany.
- Since the time of his appointment in 1968 he has been a regular organist in concerts of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and has appeared as a guest organist with the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra.
