Biography

Bastian is an ambitious, dedicated, easy going Danish Cinematographer, member of DFF - The Danish Association of Cinematographers.

He started his carrier in the Danish Film & TV-industry in 1995 and worked his way up in the camera department working freelance on feature films, shorts, TV-series, documentaries, music videos and commercials.

In 2010 he decided to move to Hollywood, Los Angeles to attend the Master program in Cinematography at AFI - The American Film Institute Conservatory.

After he graduated in June 2013 he has been based in Denmark, but considers the whole world as his playground.

Bastian is very interested in and experienced with both the narrative and the commercial stuff.

Commercial Clients: Lego, Volvo, Turkish Airlines, Coca Cola, 3 mobile, Red Cross, Velux windows, 7up, Faxe beer, Spies Travels, Colin's Denim, DBA, Gardena, Toyota, Ørsted Energi, Arla, Mercedes Benz among others.
