Shawn Schepps was born on July 25, 1961 in the USA. She is a writer and actress, known for The Terminator (1984), Weeds (2005) and The Closet (2000).

She wrote two movies starring Pauly Shore: Encino Man and Son In Law. Both are cult films.

Was frequently cast as "the friend" who hangs around the ingenue: with Linda Hamilton in The Terminator; Elizabeth McGovern in Racing with the Moon; Debra Winger in Betrayed; and Katrina Parish in 10 to Midnight.
