Biography

Minerva Scelza is known for Caddyshack (1980), Dark Was the Night (2014) and Hard Time on Planet Earth (1989).

Recently nominated for "Best Supporting Actress" at the Trenton Film Festival for her work in "Home", a new independent film by Matt Zoller Seitz

Hank Scelza was her grandfather. He was a transportation captain/teamster for several films in Florida: Black Sunday, Caddyshack, Hot Stuff and several others. He helped to build the FL film industry in the 70s.

Jackie Scelza is her mother. She was an actress who performed often at the Ruth Foreman Playhouse.
