Biography

Stephen Scaia is best known as the writer, director, producer and co-creator/show-runner of Blood & Treasure (Paramount+/CBS) and as a writer and producer on Chicago PD (NBC).

Scaia's previous credits include Tulsa King (Paramount+), Limitless (CBS), Human Target (FOX), Warehouse 13 (SYFY) and Jericho (CBS). He started his career as a writer's assistant on The West Wing (NBC). Since then, Scaia has written, directed and produced multiple episodes of TV as well as co-writing and developing feature films for Warner Bros., Columbia Pictures and New Line. Scaia is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.

A licensed pilot and citizen of both the United States and Italy, Scaia splits his time between Los Angeles, California and wherever in the world adventure calls.
