Biography

Ceila Wise is an English actress, model and fashion designer based in LA.

Wise was raised in London where she studied at RADA, before being scouted as a fashion model.

Wise swiftly became a muse for renowned photographers such as Bob Carlos Clarke, Tony McGee and Nick Knight, and walked the runway for legends like Jacques Azagury (who later designed her wedding dress). She shot numerous ads, including for L'Oréal, Fâ and Coca Cola.

Wise toured Europe as a dancer with Duran Duran's Simon LeBon and Nick Rhodes, and appeared in music videos opposite the iconic Chris Rea, Robin Gibb and 90's Supergroup Bad English.

As an actress, Wise has starred in a variety of films and television shows, most notably 'Deadly Rivals' for Universal and as a Bond Girl opposite Timothy Dalton in MGM's 'The Living Daylights'. Recently, Wise starred in Aditya J. Patwardhan's drama, 'A Nomad River'.

In 2003, Wise launched her eponymous line of designer pants. Beloved by the likes of Elizabeth Hurley, Tamara Beckwith and Victoria Beckham, the pants debuted at Browns and Fred Siegel, and went on to be sold at hotspots across the globe, remaining a staple of 2000's fashion.
