Armine Sandford was born in 1928 in St Germans, Cornwall, England, UK. She was an actress, known for Saturday Playhouse (1958), BBC Sunday-Night Play (1960) and A Town Like Alice (1956). She was married to Norman Robinson. She died on 4 January 2011 in Leicester, England, UK.

Armine was the first presenter of BBC Regional news in the U.K. when she presented BBC Points West from Bristol in 1957.
