- Don Sandburg was born on October 24, 1930 in Rocky River, Ohio, USA. He was a producer and actor, known for Big Top (1965), Bozo (1960) and The Banana Splits Adventure Hour (1968). He died on October 6, 2018 in Springfield, Oregon, USA.
- While performing on all Bozo-related shows, he never spoke. He played the silent clown and had excellent pantomime skills.
