Roselyn Milagros Sánchez Rodríguez is a Puerto Rican singer-songwriter, dancer, model, actress, producer, and writer. On television, she is best known for her roles as Elena Delgado on the CBS police procedural Without a Trace (2005-09), as Carmen Luna on the Lifetime comedy-drama Devious Maids (2013-16), and as Elena Roarke on the new Fantasy Island (2021-present). In film, Sánchez has appeared in Rush Hour 2 (2001), Boat Trip (2002), The Game Plan (2007), and Act of Valor (2012).

She was Miss Puerto Rico Petite 1993 and in 1994 won the international title of Miss America Petite.
Auditioned for the role of Gabrielle Solis in Desperate Housewives (2004) but lost out to her friend, Eva Longoria. Both actresses would go on to work with the creator of the show, Marc Cherry, on his and Longoria's series, Devious Maids (2013), in which Sanchez stars as Carmen Luna.
Studied marketing at the University of Puerto Rico, but did not finish.
Mother, with husband Eric Winter, of daughter Sebella Rose Winter (b. January 4, 2012) and son Dylan Gabriel Winter (b. November 3, 2017).
Married fiancé Eric Winter in Puerto Rico on November 29, 2008. The ceremony was attended by family and close friends, including actress Eva Longoria.

I came here when I was almost 22. I'm perfectly bilingual, but I'm never going to sound like Sandra Bullock.
I've been blessed because every single role I've done has been an educated person. I've never done the stereotypical Latina, even though I have an accent - I've always been able to play educated people. That's a good thing!
I would love to do a musical. When I did 'Fame L.A.' for a year - all the singing, dancing and acting - I was in heaven. I cried so much when they cancelled the show. I mean, I loved going to work and I couldn't wait to get on the set.
I was ballet dancing at four, playing piano by six, and doing commercials by 12. When I was 21, I was on the number one live comedy show in Puerto Rico. I told my parents, 'I'm going to New York to become a performer.' And I left.
I admire them for making their way up and opening new opportunities for other Latin newcomers. Latinos have come a long way and the roles and opportunities just seem to be improving.
