Carmen Salinas

Her nephew is former FBI agent Raúl Salinas who was the mayor of Laredo, Texas from 2006 till 2014.
Son Pedro Plascencia, composer, (died from cancer in 1994) and daughter María Eugenia Plascencia.
Her final film is The Valet (2022) where she plays Cecilia, the mother of Antonio, a character played by Eugenio Derbez. The film is dedicated to her.
Was a big fan of Mexican soccer team "Chivas Rayadas del Guadalajara".
