Biography

Susan Saldivar is a long-standing member of Actors Equity and SAG-AFTRA and was an actor with Playhouse West Repertory Theatre Group, founded by Robert Carnegie and Jeff Goldblum. Her IMDB credits include: "Losin' It" (starring Tom Cruise), "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" (Sarah Jessica Parker, Helen Hunt), "Days Of Our Lives" (NBC), Aaron Spelling's "Hollywood Beat" (ABC) and (CBS) "Cutter to Houston" (Alec Baldwin, Shelley Hack, Jim Metzler). Susan Saldivar is a 10th generation Californian and grew up in the city of San Buenaventura.

Susan Saldivar is also a highly experienced marketing professional who started her career in front of the camera (NBC "Days Of Our Lives," CBS "Cutter to Houston" series regular) and then behind the microphone as Director of Promotions and Producer of "Curtain Call" for K-Mozart (KMZT 105.1). In 2006, Susan Saldivar joined Hollywood Locations as Director of Marketing and is responsible for overseeing all acquisitions of new properties, marketing campaigns and client relations (including real estate management companies, Hollywood Studios and commercial agencies), as well as managing the promotional video slate at HLC Productions.

During her time at K-Mozart, Susan Saldivar led on-air and live event promotions for many prestigious clients including L.A. Phil, Hollywood Bowl, Walt Disney Concert Hall and Los Angeles Opera at the Music Center and directed multiple Academy Award campaigns. Her show, "Curtain Call," hosted by the late Gary Hollis, highlighted the work of actors, directors, producers, writers and composers in motion pictures and theatrical productions, including Jan A. P. Kaczmarek, Academy Award winning composer of "Finding Neverland" (Miramax Films 2004).
