Biography

Ernst Rückert was born on December 20, 1892 in Berlin, Germany. He was an actor, known for Luther (1928), Sein Rekordflug (1914) and Der Würger der Welt (1920). He died in 1950 in Germany.

His career began at a time when the film business was still in its infancy.

From 1917 he was much in evidence as a movie actor and took part in numerous movies in the remaining silent movie era.

The offers for new roles were falling off in the 30's. He acted among others in "Dienst ist Dienst" (1931), "Höllentempo" (1933) and "Ein Mädchen mit Prokura" (1934), however the parts itself were only small ones.
