Biography

János Rózsa was born on October 19, 1937 in Budapest, Hungary. He is a director and producer, known for Vasárnapi szülök (1980), Cold of Kalandar (2015) and Csók, Anyu! (1987). He is married to Judit Halász.

Held captive in the Soviet Union between 1944 and 1953, and during these years he became friends with Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, the famous Noble-prize winner Soviet writer.
