- Gaston Rébuffat was born on May 7, 1921 in Marseille, Bouches-du-Rhône, France. He was a director and writer, known for Étoiles Et Tempêtes (1955), Entre terre et ciel (1961) and Les Horizons Gagnés (1974). He died on May 31, 1985 in Bobigny, Seine-Saint-Denis, France.
