Todd Russell was born on April 6, 1913 in Middleborough, Sussex, England, UK. He was an actor, known for The Bay (2010), Rootie Kazootie (1951) and Wheel of Fortune (1952). He was married to Edna. He died in April 1974.

Todd Russell's last regular kids TV show was WPIX TV Ch.11 NYC's "Three Stooges Firehouse". "Fireman Todd Russell" hosted the show weekday evenings from Thursday September 7, l961 to Friday March l5, 1963. He MC'd the program again from Monday June 24, 1963 to Friday August 31, 1963.
