Biography

Criss Ruiz is an actress and singer from the Bronx, New York, currently based in Los Angeles. She began her career in music as a member of the pop group Boyz N Girlz United, signed with Edel/RED distribution. The group found success with the single "Messed Around," written by JC Chasez, and toured alongside major artists including Britney Spears and *NSYNC.

Transitioning into acting, Ruiz has built a growing body of work across film and digital platforms. Her credits include the vertical series Don Moretti on DramaWave and I Wish It Weren’t You on NetShort, as well as the short film Tainted Love, which is scheduled to screen at upcoming film festivals.
