Biography

Dick Ross was born on October 1, 1918 in Nyack, New York, USA. He was a director and producer, known for Souls in Conflict (1954), The Persuader (1957) and Shadow of the Boomerang (1960). He was married to Wanda. He died on March 14, 2009 in Westlake, Los Angeles, California, USA.

Worked with the Moody Institute of Science in the late 1940s and formed his own film company, Great Commission Films, in 1949.

Served in the Army Air Force during WWII as a navigator on a B-24 bomber. He was shot down over Germany and spent eight months in a prisoner of war camp.

He died at a hospice in Westlake, CA.

He had two children with his wife, Wanda: son, Rick, and daughter, Sylvia. He also had four grandchildren.
