Bill Rosier was born on 3 August 1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. He was an actor, known for Krippendorf's Tribe (1998), Profiler (1996) and Playing God (1997). He was married to Pamela Rosier. He died on 28 June 2013 in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.

Enlisted in the army after graduating from Arsenal Technical High
School.

Completed an engineering degree at the University of Alabama and became
a structural engineer.

When not acting, he makes props for movies, and works as a production
designer on low-budget features.
