Phil Rosenthal was born on 27 January 1960 in Queens, New York City, New York, USA. He is a producer and writer, known for Everybody Loves Raymond (1996), The Simpsons Movie (2007) and Coach (1989). He has been married to Monica Horan since 22 April 1990. They have two children.
